What are your delivery charges?P&P is free for all orders £60+ P&P is charged at £4.95 for all orders under £60 All orders are posted with Yodel Direct or Royal Mail Second Class.

How long will it take to recieve my order?We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment authorisation, although there may be occasions when we are unable to do this. However we would always expect you to receive your goods within 5-7 working days from despatch, unless we advise otherwise. If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

How do I return an item I do not want?Should an item be not as you imagined. please inform us by e-mail to obtain a returns reference number and a returns address. Return it to us in the same condition that you recieved it, well packaged for the journey, via a traceable delivery method. Please note that we are unable to refund return postage costs. In the interests of hygiene, and for your protection, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless the items are damaged or unfit for purpose.

What if a product arrives damaged or faulty?We take utmost care in packaging our products securely and check all items carefully before we send them. If however, your goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via email and we will be able to discuss with you the options available to resolve the matter.

Can I order by phone?Of course! Just call us on 01591 620610. We can take orders over the phone using your credit or debit card. If we unable to answer the phone, please leave us a message, stating your name, phone number and a brief message. Do not leave us credit/debit card details on the message.

Can I arrange for my goods to be delivered to a different address?Yes you can! When checking out you can choose whether to pay via Paypal account, or with a credit or debit card through Paypal. Via Paypal account: After logging in to your account you will be given the option to choose your delivery address. Via credit or debit card with Paypal: After clicking Pay by debit or credit card, a screen will load asking to take the card details and below a billing address. Underneath this section there is a tickable box to choose if you'd like your order delivered to the billing address, uncheck the box and delivery address form will appear below.

Can I order from you if I live outside of the UK?We are happy to recieve overseas orders - carriage will be charged at cost. Please contact us by e-mail before placing an order at sales@satori-shop.co.uk

How do you package your products?Each product will state if it's supplied with a presentation box. Every care is taken to package your products to protect them for delivery and we aim to re-use outer packaging/tissue and bubble wrap wherever possible, to reduce our impact on the environment. So please don't be surprised if your order arrives in a pre-used box!

Do you have a physical shop?Yes we do! We have two shops, next door to each other in Hay on Wye, called Satori Designs and Otherworldz. Postcode - HR3 5DG. Please contact us if you wish to purchase something you have seen on the website at the shop as it may only be available online. Satori and Otherworldz will be open on Saturdays during January, February & March. We will also be open during the half term holiday! As we are a small, family business, there are sometimes days that we may need to close. If you are making a special journey to Hay to visit us, you can always send us a message to double check that we will definitely be open!
